User Registration and Privacy Protection Agreement

1. Introduction

1. The JAKA Robot platform, software, and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) refer to products and services provided by JAKA Robot Co., Ltd. (including its affiliates, parent company, subsidiaries, and other entities under common control, collectively referred to as “JAKA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These services include applications, mini-programs, the official website (www.jaka.com), and other service systems bearing the trademarks JAKA Robot, JAKA, and JAKA®.
    
2. This “JAKA Robot User Registration and Privacy Protection Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and JAKA regarding your download, installation, registration, login, access, and use of the JAKA Robot platform and software. By clicking to accept or by continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
    
3. Please carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Agreement before using any services, especially those related to personal data protection, user information, limitation of liability, and applicable law. Important clauses are shown in bold.
    
4. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please stop using the Service immediately. If you voluntarily use the JAKA Robot software and related services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. 2. Description of Service

1. You understand and agree that JAKA will provide specific service content based on actual conditions and will use reasonable efforts to maintain stable and secure services. However, JAKA cannot fully foresee or prevent all risks, including force majeure, network failures, third-party service defects, and other events that may interrupt or affect normal usage.
    
2. You understand and agree that JAKA reserves the right to modify, suspend, temporarily discontinue, or terminate services as necessary for platform operation and security.
    
3. You understand and agree that JAKA may adjust the types and formats of services from time to time. JAKA will notify you of such changes through appropriate channels, including applications, mini-programs, or the official website.
    
4. You are responsible for providing all necessary equipment (including mobile phones, computers, modems, and other Internet-connected devices) and bearing all related costs (including network and communication fees).
    

3. Protection of Personal Information

1. During account registration or use of the Service, we may ask you to provide necessary personal information to improve service quality and provide technical support. We will protect your rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent for your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
    
2. Personal information refers to data that identifies you as an individual, including your name, date of birth, ID number, address, phone number, device identifier, IP address, chat records, and location data.
    
3. Respecting and protecting your privacy is a long-standing principle of JAKA. We use technical and security measures, including encryption and anonymization, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, damage, or loss of your personal information.
    
4. JAKA will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

    

   (1) You have given explicit consent.

    

   (2) Required by applicable laws or competent authorities.

    

   (3) Necessary to protect public interests in legal news reporting and supervision.

    

   (4) Necessary to protect the life, health, or property of natural persons in emergencies.

    

   (5) Processing information you have voluntarily disclosed or that is already lawfully public.

    

   (6) Other circumstances permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations.
    
5. You agree that JAKA may use your personal information for the following purposes:

    

   (1) Sending important notices, including software updates and changes to this Agreement.

    

   (2) Internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve products, services, and user experience.

    

   (3) Managing and verifying information you provide in accordance with this Agreement.

    

   (4) Other purposes permitted by applicable laws.
    

4. Collection of User Information

1. Information you provide voluntarily during registration or use of the Service, including your name, phone number, and email address.
    
2. Information automatically collected when you use the Service, including IP address, usage logs, device information, and location data.
    
3. Information obtained from other sources with your consent or as permitted by law.
    
4. We recommend that you avoid disclosing sensitive information such as race, religion, health, and other unnecessary personal details.
    

5. Purpose of Using Information

1. To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
2. To authenticate your account and ensure secure operation.
3. To send service-related notifications and updates.
4. To prevent, detect, and investigate illegal or improper activities.
5. Other purposes you have agreed to.

6. User Registration and Account

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
    
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
    
3. You must immediately notify JAKA of any unauthorized use of your account.
    
4. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
    

7. User Conduct

1. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and must not infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.
    
2. You may not publish false, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing content.
    
3. You may not hack, infiltrate, disrupt, or damage our systems or networks.
    
4. You may not use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
    
5. If you violate any terms, JAKA reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
    

8. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by JAKA.
    
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Content Ownership

3. JAKA is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party advertisements.
    

12. Limitation of Liability

1. JAKA shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure or uncontrollable events.
    
2. JAKA shall not be liable for third-party content, products, or services.
    
3. JAKA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
    
4. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
    

13. General Provisions

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
    
2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    
3. JAKA reserves the right to update this Agreement and will notify you in advance.
    
4. JAKA reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
